What counts as a security email?
One vulnerability notice to one of your customers. If a notice needs more than your plan has left, you pay only the difference, at €4 per 1,000, before it is sent. Sent from your own mail server, it costs nothing.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Settings. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down starts at your next payment, if your products and people fit the smaller plan.
What happens if I stop paying?
You have 30 days to download everything in one ZIP, and 90 days to renew with all your data intact. After that it is deleted.
