In plain words

An attacker could trick an editor into visiting a crafted link that deletes or reorders paragraphs on a node using the editor's permissions. The paragraph deletion and reordering routes lack sufficient protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). The editor must be logged in and have permission to edit the content and delete or move paragraphs.

Am I affected?

Look for drupal/frontend_editing and its installed version in composer.lock. The advisory lists 1.9.3 as fixed but gives no affected version range. Check whether logged-in editors can edit content and delete or move paragraphs, as those permissions are required for the attack.

What to do

Check which version you have, then update to a fixed release for your branch (1.9.3):

composer show drupal/frontend_editing | grep versions
composer update drupal/frontend_editing

If your version constraint in composer.json keeps you below a fixed release, raise it first. Whether your configuration is affected, and the exact version ranges, are in the advisory itself.

If you cannot update yet

The vulnerability is mitigated by the requirement that the victim be logged in with permission to edit the content and to delete or move paragraphs.

The advisory's description

This module enables editors to edit content, including paragraphs, directly on the rendered page.

The module doesn't sufficiently protect the routes used to delete and reorder paragraphs against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). An attacker could trick an editor into visiting a crafted link, which deletes or reorders paragraphs on a node using the editor's permissions.

This vulnerability is mitigated by the fact that the victim must be logged in with permission to edit the content and to delete or move paragraphs.

The advisory

From OSV.dev, which gathers the GitHub Advisory Database, FriendsOfPHP and Drupal security advisories; the summary is theirs. The description is OSV's record of the advisory. "In plain words", "Am I affected?" and "If you cannot update yet" are based on that advisory, and checked to name no version it does not.
